Cathy is a commercial and results-orientated senior HR Professional, with extensive experience in business turnaround and transformation, and a broad strategic and operational background gained within large customer focused organisations in the FMCG, FM and Construction sectors. Cathy thrives on building effective, strong relationships at a senior level, ensuring that the people agenda is at the heart of business success.
In her appointment Cathy, along with her team, will coordinate five major areas of HR expertise at Tivoli – organisation design and development; people development and training; engagement and culture; performance management; and reward.
On her appointment, Cathy says:
