When we became Tivoli in June 2018, we made a commitment to our teams that we would work together to make business improvements that really matter to our employees. We promised to listen to everyone’s views and opinions, and take the steps needed to enhance the positives, and address the negatives.
Over the last 2 years, we’ve completed annual colleague satisfaction surveys to gain a better understanding of engagement levels across the whole Tivoli business. We’re currently reviewing the results of the latest survey, and are pleased to report a massive 350% increase in the response rate! We’re thrilled to see this, and hope it improves even further as we evolve and develop in the coming years.
As we collected responses from our teams throughout May 2020, the Coronavirus C-19 pandemic presented challenges that we all faced on a day-to-day basis, and we wanted to give something back. We were blown away by Captain Tom Moore’s fundraising, and have huge admiration for his ongoing commitment to “inspire hope where it is needed most”. Together, as teams and communities, we agree that we can all make sure “tomorrow will be a good day”. So, on behalf of all Tivoli employees, we’ve made a £2,000 donation to NHS Charities Together to say thank you for all of their amazing work across the UK.
