The contract, which will run for an initial period of 24 months from 1st April 2024 with a possible 2 x 12-month extensions, includes grass mowing, planted bed maintenance, hedge pruning, weed management, litter and debris removal and disposal, and other ad-hoc works.
Yorkshire Housing is the biggest housing association based solely in Yorkshire. They own and manage around 20,000 homes across the region, including older person’s accommodation and homes for low-cost rent (social and affordable homes).
The key strengths of Tivoli’s bid included the ability to deliver significant social value and local supply chain expertise, and an innovative and commercialised approach. The company, which has a proven track record in managing similar Housing Association contracts across the UK, has pledged to make significant investment in improving green spaces across the estate whilst delivering a high-quality service and driving continuous improvement, working in partnership with Yorkshire Housing to develop a strong and trusting relationship.
